Here are some answers to frequently asked questions:

1. I was attending the IFCPC 2017 conference but I am unable to log in
As an attendee of the IFCPC2017 conference you needed to upgrade to Premium Registration in order to access the portal. If you purchased the upgrade, but are having trouble accessing the portal please send us your information via the contact form (Contact us) and we will verify your information.

2. Can I download videos from the website?
All recorded content is provided through the secured IFCPC 2017 content portal only. IFCPC 2017 conference attendees have full access for 1 year. If you were unable to attend, you may be able to buy access here. It is therefore prohibited to download and/or distribute any video content provided on this platform. (this includes: source code path look up and third party browser plugins). Any violation may result in account suspension and further legal action against the account holder.

3. Can I share my account with others so they can watch the content too?
Any content or activity that disrupts, interrupts, harms, or otherwise violates the integrity of the content portal services or another user’s experience or devices is prohibited. Such activity includes: Selling or sharing user accounts. Any violation may result in account suspension and further legal action against the account holder.

4. Can I watch the content on my phone or tablet?
All content is available cross platform (covers 95% of devices: mobile phones, tablets, PC, MAC).

5. How long will I have access to the content or how long will the content be online?
All content will be available until April 7th, 2018.

6. I am looking for a particular presentation video but can not find it.
Depending on legal agreements or right transfer status, certain recordings may not be published yet or are in review or post-production. Please contact us here to get more information about the content.

7. My credit card payment did not go through
All common credit cards are accepted. Certain debit cards with a Visa or Master Card logo may be accepted as well. Please ensure your account has appropriate funds available. Payments may show up declined if foreign cards are used (Fraud Protection). Please contact your bank or financial institute to ensure your card can be used for online purchases within United States of America.
